Founded in 2020, Summit Food and Beverage Group was built on a simple idea: great events deserve great food. What started as a passion for serving crowd-pleasing favorites has grown into a diverse portfolio of food concepts operating across food trucks, large-scale events, and brick-and-mortar restaurants.

Our lineup includes a variety of mobile food concepts that travel to festivals, fairs, sporting events, amphitheaters, and private gatherings, serving everything from refreshing lemonade and creamy milkshakes to açaí bowls, edible cookie dough, and other fan favorites. Each concept is designed for high-volume environments where speed, quality, and consistency matter most.

In addition to our mobile brands, Summit Food and Beverage Group is also the team behind Stack’d Creamery & Burger Bar, a fast-casual restaurant concept focused on handcrafted burgers, crispy chicken, premium ice cream, and indulgent desserts. Stack’d brings the same high-energy, high-quality experience we’ve perfected at large events into a permanent restaurant setting.
